Tucker turns 4

This pooch turned 4 earlier this week!  I can't believe we've had him for 3 years!  What a blessing he is in our family.  I know it sounds silly, but he really has been good for us, especially our boys.  Tucker loves those boys and they love him!  He puts up with a lot of abuse (and by abuse, I mean wrestling, climbing, pulling, etc), but he has never once even nipped at them.  It makes me happy to think that this will be the dog that our boys grow up with into high school!  Let's just hope he makes it that long! ;)

Austin says that Tucker is his best friend.  I believe it.

Easter

 

How grateful I am for Easter and for this family of mine!

 

Because of Him, we can be a family for all eternity.  Because of Him, we can see our loved ones that have passed before us again.  Because of Him, we can be forgiven of our sins and be given second chances.  Because of Him, we can know what true happiness is.  Because of Him, we are blessed with miracles (and how grateful I am for miracles!).  Because of Him, we can realize our divine potential and become better human beings.  Because of Him, we can know and feel of a love that transcends all fear, sadness, disappointment, and heartache and be made whole again.  Jesus Christ makes everything possible.  Jesus Christ represents LOVE and HOPE.  How joyous and beautiful this Easter day is!

Mindy Gledhill

I have always been a fan of Mindy Gledhill's music (she is LDS, a mother of boys and a really talented singer/songwriter).  My friend, Courtney got tickets to go see her in concert and we even got to meet her!  She is so lovely and such a great example to young girls.
