Dr. Austin McEvoy?

Austin got a few new books for his birthday from Grandma and Grandpa, all great ones but his absolute fave which he insists to read everyday is called "See Inside Your Body" (we call it the "body book"). He's always had a fascination for the human body, like for example, he loves to watch surgery shows with his dad and asks a million questions about what's going on, what they're doing, why they're doing it, etc. At meal time, he loves to ask me about the food were eating, what's in it, why it's good for us, and where it goes (which the book explains too). He also loves watching Eric and I do what we do for work. So, this book is perfect for his curious, little mind-it answers all the questions in a great, not-too-overcomplicated-way for a 4 yr old. His favorite pages are about the lungs, the heart, and what happens to food when we eat it (he esp loves the part about pooping it out). He's learned so much already and soaked it all in-he knows what the esophagus is, what the small/large intestines do, how the kidneys work, what the bronchioles in the lungs are, and even how many bones and muscles we have. Such a smart kid! We think he's definitely destined to do something medical-maybe a orthopedic surgeon (that's what I'm hoping for! :)???!!!
